So about a year ago my partner said that I should drink a black coffee before going to the gym!
We go to the gym every morning and he had been drinking the black coffee for over a year before we went to the gym.
I thought I would give it a go as I have heard that coffee before the gym can help with fat loss. So about 20 mins before the gym I have a black coffee.
Just so you all know like my coffee white with sugar, quite a bit of sugar. But this has to be nothing other than straight up black coffee.
So the first day I tried it it was bitter, nothing like I have tasted before. I remember my partner saying to be that “don’t worry you will get used to the taste” hell no, to this date which must be over a year now the coffee does not taste any different still bitter. Bring back my white coffee with sugar!
